Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to introduce you to our unique project WORKCAMP – PARQUET RESTORATION 2025, which will culminate this August in the magnificent Esterházy Palace in Austria. This extraordinary initiative is organized in cooperation with the Austrian Federal Office for Monuments – BDA Mauerbach, Vienna.
The aim of our project is the professional restoration of historic parquet floors that have been stored in the palace cellars for decades and their reintegration into the palace interiors and their historical context. The project consists of several phases that include restoration work in specialized workshops, expert seminars on traditional techniques and material science, and international exchange of knowledge and expertise.
A key part of the project is a practical workshop organized in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Coburg, where traditional restoration techniques are applied. These methods are not only essential for the preservation of cultural heritage, but also serve as a source of inspiration for contemporary design and modern craftsmanship.
Together with our international team, we aim to set an example of cooperation and dedication to the protection of European cultural heritage. In addition, the project incorporates the principles of Circular Heritage, a sustainable approach to the restoration of historic buildings using traditional construction methods.
We cordially invite you to support this exceptional project. Whether through financial contributions, material supplies or other resources, your support will play a key role in ensuring the success of this initiative. As a supporter, you will gain visibility in our publications, events and PR activities, while actively contributing to the protection of European culture and craftsmanship.
We will be happy to provide you with further information or arrange a personal meeting to discuss the project. Let's restore the historic parquet floor of the Esterházy Palace to its former glory together!
